上海华申树脂有限公司是专门生产特种用途离子交换树脂产品的生产厂，始建于1991年，2003年5月通过英国摩迪认证公司颁发的2000版ISO9001质量管理认证证书，从而使本公司在实施94版ISO9002质量管理体系三年后，在质量管理体系上更上一层楼。 上海华申树脂厂有限公司拥有与其他厂家截然不同的新工艺生产路线，生产工艺独特，新颖，技术含量高，产品质量优良。用该工艺生产的D303大孔型苯乙烯系弱碱性阴离子交换树脂（简称D303树脂）用于精练链霉素十多年效果良好。D303树脂产品荣获上海市1993年度新产品证书。 为适应我国离子膜烧碱技术的发展，本公司在生产 D303树脂工艺的基础上，自行研究开发生产的D403大孔苯乙烯系列螯合型离子交换树脂（亚胺二乙酸基）简称D403螯合树脂，经锦西化工研究院应用离子膜烧碱新技术的模拟试验装置，与日本的CR-11螯合树脂进行平行对比试验，结果表明，D403螯合树脂的各项性能指标达到进口的螯合树脂产品的质量水平。同时本公司建立了分析测试D303树脂，D403螯合树脂的全套方法及相应的分析试器具。 D403螯合树脂对二价金属离子具有高的亲和力和高的选择吸附性，是离子膜烧碱新技术装置中二次食盐水溶液精制的优先产品，目前，国内有锦化化工（集团）有限公司，上海氯碱股份有限公司电化厂，大连染化厂等数十家引进离子膜装置的厂家使用本公司的D403螯合树脂产品，效果良好，同时已销往国外市场，上海华申树脂有限公司总经理徐春明郑重向用户承诺：严格实施ISO9001质量管理体系，以高质量的产品，优良的服务，使我们的用户更加满意。 Company profile Shanghai Huashen Resin Corporation,Ltd mainly produce ion exchange resin with special uses. Our Corporation was founded in 1991, and has been issued the ISO09001 quality control authentication certificate of 2000 version by England Modi Authentication Corporation in May, 2003. So our corporation has been making a great progress after having implemented the 1994 version ISO9002 quality control management system for 3 years. Shanghai Hua Shen resin corporation, Ltd has the new different technology from other factories. We have special novel production engineering that has high-level technology quality and the products are with high quality. The D303 weak base type anion exchange resin(D303 resin)has been used in streptomycin refinery for more than 10years, and it has been proved to have very good effect. D303 resin product was awarded as the New Product of Shanghai in 1993. To adapt the development of ion film sodium hydrate technology, our corporation developed D403 resin, a kind of macroporous chelated exchange resin(imine diacetate)by ourselves. The parallel comparison results, taken on a simulated ion film sodium hydrate plant in Mianxi Chemical Technology Institute,between D403 resin and CR-11 chelated resin imported from Japan, showed that the performance indexes of D403 has already reached the level of imported chelated resin. At the same time,our corporation established the complete analysis and testing methods and plants for D303 and D403 resin. D403 chelated resin has high affinity and high selective adsorption for the bivalent metal ions. It is the prior product to refine the primary aqueous salt solution. Up to today,more than 10factories such as the Jinhua chemical corporation(group),Ltd, Dalian Dye Chemical Corporation, Ltd etc have been using our D403 resin product and D403 resin has very good performance.D403resin has also been exported to the international market.
